Product Pre-Purchase Notes

1. Our products are crafted from various natural seashells. Natural textures, color spots, tiny pinholes and uneven color shading are inherent features of raw shells. These natural marks are not product defects, and we appreciate your understanding.
2. All pieces are handcrafted lacquerware with mother-of-pearl inlay. Customers familiar with this craft will know the properties of seashells. During carving, minor cracks and joint lines on shells are inevitable, please kindly take note.
3. As pure handcrafted artworks, different artisans have unique styles of color mixing, carving and powder detailing. Slight variations will appear between batches, yet they will not alter the overall pattern design.
4. We use eco-friendly natural plant lacquer applied entirely by hand. Minor paint flow marks and tiny air bubbles may occasionally occur. Newly finished jewelry boxes are sealed in packaging, which may leave a faint lacquer odor. Simply leave the box open in a well-ventilated area for a few days, and the smell will dissipate completely.
