1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of confirmation.
After this period, orders may have already entered production or shipping and cannot be canceled.
2. Returns
Due to the nature of our products (handcrafted and fragile items), we generally do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos as proof.
3. Refunds
Once your case is reviewed and approved:

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be completed.
4. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors.
